I purchased a item from Attorney, Attorney & Chambers on September 5, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Percival B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Attorney, Attorney & Chambers has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their subscription plan.
