I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Attorney, Attorney & Chambers. After paying $809.63 for platform, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Trinity P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to acknowledge that Attorney, Attorney & Chambers has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $326.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $326.58 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
