I am writing regarding order #ORD-4654-WWO-1309 placed with Fusion Soft on October 20, 2010. I paid $677.47 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ava R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
