I have been a loyal customer of Fusion Soft for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-9529-BGE-4062) on September 6, 2002, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
