I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Integrated Path Associates. After paying $55.24 for subscription, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Thad P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 20, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The camera from Integrated Path Associates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
