I am writing regarding order #ORD-2996-FPL-8056 placed with Secure Innovations Inc. on May 28, 1990. I paid $969.66 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Freda F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
