I have been a loyal customer of Rights Advocates of Fair Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-9340-UCI-3795) on June 19, 2014, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Rights Advocates of Fair Corp. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
