On April 20, 1983, I signed up for MicroSoft's repair service at their Deanside, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $636.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jessie O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
