StudyLab failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with StudyLab's unit that I purchased on October 3, 2002 from your Samberg, Iowa store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jacinthe J., but my issue remains unresolved.
