On June 21, 2009, I signed up for StudyLab's repair service at their South Velvaland, Utah location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $673.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elbert V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, StudyLab contacted me to troubleshoot the t-shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
