On February 17, 2023, I signed up for The Savory Cuisine's maintenance program at their Port Eileen, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $566.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brent H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
