I purchased a membership from Practice Consultants Newcastle Inc. on November 21, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Murl A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
