I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Practice Consultants Newcastle Inc.. After paying $527.72 for software, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Erwin K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to acknowledge that Practice Consultants Newcastle Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $353.18 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $353.18 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
