Unsatisfactory resolution from Retail Avenue

I purchased a service from Retail Avenue on April 21, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sonny P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
