I purchased a product from Scholar Institute of Training on October 17, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaylie O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Scholar Institute of Training called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
