On July 2, 2010, I signed up for Expert Engineering Specialists Wuppertal's maintenance program at their Port Breanneton, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $124.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Verner I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 24, 2025 05:37I want to acknowledge that Expert Engineering Specialists Wuppertal has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $245.81 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $245.81 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
