I want to report a serious concern with Direct Emporium Inc.'s unit that I purchased on December 5, 2016 from your Simonefurt, Maryland store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Moriah Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Direct Emporium Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
