Misleading advertising by Direct Emporium Inc.

I have been a loyal customer of Direct Emporium Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3038-SGJ-3237) on July 28, 2021, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 19, 2025 05:50After my initial complaint, Direct Emporium Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the jacket. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
