I have been a loyal customer of Direct Emporium Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3038-SGJ-3237) on July 28, 2021, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Direct Emporium Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the jacket. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
