I want to report a serious concern with Shoppe & Exchange Murcia's gadget that I purchased on August 1, 2018 from your Kuphalberg, Washington store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jamil T., but my issue remains unresolved.
