I want to report a serious concern with Shoppe & Exchange Murcia's software that I purchased on December 15, 1975 from your Lake Nicolas, Nebraska store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Christian U., but my issue remains unresolved.
