I purchased a system from Rights, Rights & Advisors Kuala Lumpur on October 23, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Margaret X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
