I am writing regarding order #ORD-2917-VOT-3495 placed with Prestige Investments on April 23, 2013. I paid $449.61 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zita I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Prestige Investments has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $428.31 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $428.31 for a microwave that never worked properly.
