I have been a loyal customer of Prestige Investments for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2545-SBW-7383) on September 24, 1983, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
