I purchased a appliance from ModernClinic Enterprises on June 3, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Geraldine Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
