I am writing regarding order #ORD-4925-QPN-8002 placed with Family Medical on July 15, 1986. I paid $408.71 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theodore V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 08, 2025 05:30I want to acknowledge that Family Medical has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $212.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $212.62 for a television that never worked properly.
