I am writing regarding order #ORD-1505-JBB-2322 placed with Family Medical on June 11, 1976. I paid $372.62 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kiley P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Linda Moore at Family Medical offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
