I am writing regarding order #ORD-1505-JBB-2322 placed with Family Medical on June 11, 1976. I paid $372.62 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kiley P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 15, 2025 06:10I've received an email from Linda Moore at Family Medical offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
