Family Medical failed to honor their commitment

On May 16, 2016, I signed up for Family Medical's troubleshooting service at their Kirstinfurt, Washington location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $684.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Frances U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
