I have been a loyal customer of Hospital Hospital LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-3493-KCL-6710) on September 3, 1976, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
