I have been a loyal customer of Builders Company for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6022-JLF-8284) on June 25, 2004, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
