Overcharged by Buy Center Seattle for service

On December 31, 2018, I signed up for Buy Center Seattle's customer support at their North Cadenchester, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $322.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Violet S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 27, 2025 06:07After my initial complaint, Buy Center Seattle contacted me to troubleshoot the t-shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
