Frustrated with Buy Center Seattle's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Buy Center Seattle's service that I purchased on July 26, 2000 from your Elenorachester, Iowa store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elda U., but my issue remains unresolved.
