I purchased a membership from The Super Depot on January 20, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kenton L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 21, 2025 06:04Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $493.78 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
