Billing dispute with Justice, Justice & Services

I have been a loyal customer of Justice, Justice & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9601-OWT-6481) on November 19, 2016, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 21, 2025 05:19I'm updating my complaint because Justice, Justice & Services finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
