I'm writing to complain about the consultation I received from Smart Goods Exchange. After paying $874.10 for device, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Georgiana G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Apr 29, 2025 05:19Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $279.54 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
