I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Smart Goods Exchange. After paying $87.23 for package, I found that it has poor quality. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Cortney D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Smart Goods Exchange not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
