I am writing regarding order #ORD-6471-INZ-6571 placed with Architecture Builders on September 12, 1981. I paid $1000.92 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nicklaus B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Architecture Builders finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
