I purchased a tool from Development & Consultants Hougang on February 27, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eli X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 27, 2025 06:01I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Development & Consultants Hougang not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
