False promises made by Development & Consultants Hougang representative

I have been a loyal customer of Development & Consultants Hougang for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4468-VUE-6046) on February 27, 2023, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:39I've received an email from Hayden Williams at Development & Consultants Hougang offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
