I am writing regarding order #ORD-7426-HTE-4590 placed with Optimal Vitality Professionals on January 4, 1999. I paid $905.92 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Miracle Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
