I want to report a serious concern with Delight Delights Surabaya Inc.'s accessory that I purchased on August 24, 2009 from your North Ernesto, Indiana store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rossie V., but my issue remains unresolved.
