I have been a loyal customer of Land Ventures Kawasaki for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-8906-LGU-6009) on May 9, 2009, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
