On June 6, 2018, I signed up for Nano-Link's support package at their West Arielle, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $198.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leatha M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Nano-Link has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the personal shopping service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-B20C50C2 multiple times.
