On June 6, 2018, I signed up for Nano-Link's support package at their West Arielle, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $198.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leatha M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
