Rights Group, Group LLC provided defective product

I want to acknowledge that Rights Group, Group LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $181.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $181.47 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
