I want to report a serious concern with Academy of Success's system that I purchased on September 21, 2015 from your New Keshaunton, Vermont store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sigurd R., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Academy of Success has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
