Unsatisfactory resolution from Justice Team Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1034-QBM-2721 placed with Justice Team Group on March 21, 2009. I paid $485.48 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosario Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
