I am writing regarding order #ORD-4833-KCX-3196 placed with Digital-Tech Group on November 3, 1981. I paid $403.35 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anna N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Digital-Tech Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
