Misleading advertising by Digital-Tech Group

On May 16, 1982, I signed up for Digital-Tech Group's delivery service at their West Madalyn, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $232.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ebba U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 26, 2025 06:03I want to acknowledge that Digital-Tech Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $410.35 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $410.35 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
