On January 24, 1993, I signed up for Diligent Law Counsel Inc.'s return process at their Michelestad, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $735.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stella M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
