Complaint Details

On July 23, 1979, I signed up for DataPulse's training session at their Joshuabury, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $260.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Laisha T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that DataPulse has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $330.40 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $330.40 for a organic produce box that never worked properly.
