I am writing regarding order #ORD-2374-XDM-3531 placed with DataPulse on June 14, 1980. I paid $300.55 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eliezer K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because DataPulse finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the subscription box, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
